Based on the revision of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (July 8, 2022), we would like to announce the following.
Eligible period: April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023

Disclosure regarding wage differences between men and women based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

[Regularly employed workers]
*1 There is no discrimination between men and women in the wage and evaluation systems.
*2 27.7% of all women are general employees, and this is influenced by the wage difference between career track and general employees.
*3 Employees on part-time work are also counted as 1.
