Rinku Premium OutletsⓇ 4th Phase Landscape Design

This open, bustling mall-style commercial facility was designed based on the theme of the cityscape of Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
This Landscape Design was developed as part of the fourth phase of the plan, and takes advantage of the site's unique location facing the waterfront and adjacent to a park.

1. Direct access from the park and a planting plan that takes into account the connection with greenery to create a spatial connection
2. Designing a courtyard that will be a relaxing space for visitors
3. Creating a townscape that is integrated with the 1st to 3rd phase facilities located on the opposite bank of the main road, and creating a sense of mobility
4. Selection of highly salt-resistant tree species for planting, taking into consideration the nature of the coastal area
5. Environmental considerations, such as using paving materials made from recycled materials
