Rinku Premium OutletsⓇ

The fifth expansion plan for Rinku Premium OutletsⓇ, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary since opening.

The number of shops was increased and a green space (seaside park) was developed to connect the two adjacent waterfront parks, creating a pedestrian network through public-private cooperation.
The civil engineering and architectural teams worked together to incorporate the facility's favorable location on Osaka Bay into the plan, enhancing its appeal.
