Gotemba Premium Outlets Bridge of Good Hope
Gotemba Premium Outlets Bridge of Good Hope
It is a covered pedestrian bridge boasting one of the largest spans in Japan at 100m. It uses a rational 3-span continuous truss structure with the main structure changing from the middle to the upper section, and weather-resistant steel materials. While placing emphasis on economy, we have achieved a design that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape and exudes a sense of strength as it approaches Mt. Fuji. During the day, the terrace allows visitors to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji, the surrounding nature, shops, and hotels, and at night, the handrail lights create a corridor of light that connects the old and new areas, making it the "Bridge of Hope" that supports the further development of Japan's number one outlet mall.
