The fourth expansion plan for Gotemba Premium Outlets, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary since opening.

Our civil engineering and design team proposed new construction and building bridges to connect with existing zones to improve accessibility. The civil engineering and architectural teams worked together to incorporate views of Mt. Fuji that take advantage of the sloping land into the plan, improving the appeal of the facility.
