Landscape Design deals with outdoor spaces in general through the analysis of various elements such as the natural environment, including topography, microclimate, biodiversity, and water cycle, as well as the history and climate of the region.
Our areas of expertise range from public spaces such as plazas, parks, and streets, to campus planning for educational facilities, exterior planning for individual buildings, and rooftop and wall greening.

Mitsubishi Jisho Design has ample experience and a proven track record in large-scale development projects and urban design, and is developing a diverse range of approaches that go beyond spatial design to cover all aspects of urban space, including addressing social issues such as green infrastructure, formulating landscape and greening guidelines, and providing consulting on environmental certification related to biodiversity and greening, in order to create cities that are friendly to both people and the environment.
