This is a commercial, office and residential complex planned as the gateway to the redevelopment plan for the Yokohama Portside district of Yokohama. This project was the catalyst for the redevelopment of the area.
The environmental assessment included a traffic volume forecast in anticipation of future development in the entire area, and other assessments and predictions that took into consideration the environment of not only this project but the entire area. As a result, although many offices and apartment buildings are currently located in the area, including this project, there are no serious traffic congestion issues, and the area remains convenient, comfortable, and lively.
