PARKHOUSE KIGI TSUDANUMAMAEBARA Landscape

Park House Kii is an apartment complex planned on the site of the former Maebara Danchi housing complex of the Japan Housing Corporation.
The site slopes downwards to the south, with an existing row of 15-20m-tall zelkova trees running east to west. Based on the themes of "connecting greenery," "coexisting greenery," and "feeling greenery," we have created Landscape Design characterized by the following points.

1. Preserving the distinctive green landscape of Funabashi by preserving existing zelkova trees
2. Creating a green network that connects open spaces such as local parks and plazas with the greenery on the site
3. Providing a three-dimensional green space by using planting techniques that take advantage of the difference in elevation on the slope
4. The integration of the trees along the main road and the greenery on the site creates an urban axis for the area.
5. Creating greenery that residents and locals can feel close to

Additionally, environmental considerations have been taken into account, with playground equipment and benches made from recycled thinned cedar wood.
