Serviced apartments that accelerate workcation
The global spread of the COVID-19 virus has caused major changes in attitudes towards work styles both in Japan and overseas, with the widespread use of "telework," a way of working that is not tied to a specific location, and working outside the home, such as workcation and staycation, is also rapidly being accepted by society.
Service apartments, which are designed for long-term stays, offer a lifestyle that is closer to everyday life than a hotel and offer hotel-like services, so demand for them is expected to increase as they accommodate new ways of working.

This is a complex of offices that was developed as an urban regeneration special zone together with the adjacent site. It has been developed as an international business hub, improved the local environment, contributed to reducing the environmental impact with cutting-edge equipment, strengthened the city's disaster prevention functions, and developed a pedestrian network. A green plaza has been developed facing the green environment in front of the Imperial Palace, and a long-span structure has been adopted to ensure a panoramic view from the office floors. Service apartments for mid- to long-term stays are provided on the upper floors from the 22nd floor onwards.

This is a reconstruction plan for two buildings facing Sotobori-dori and Eitai-dori streets, adjacent to the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station. Taking advantage of the long and narrow site stretching approximately 200m from north to south, the main building and south building are constructed on top of the low-rise section that runs from north to south. The project includes the area's first serviced apartments, a limousine bus terminal with direct access to both Haneda and Narita International Airports, and a variety of business support facilities such as lounges and rental meeting rooms.
