02 Value-up conversion support

We propose optimal value-up conversions that consider the balance between the deterioration of the building's performance and the improvement of performance that meets social demands. 04 Building inspection and seismic assessment

We carry out "building inspections" by conducting on-site surveys, analyzing completion drawings, and checking renovation history, as well as "earthquake resistance diagnosis" according to the client's requests and the condition of the building.
