Construction Supervision supervision, the main purpose of which is to "confirm that construction is being carried out according to the design documents," requires independence and neutrality from the contractor. Construction Supervision that we carry out in combination with standard CM, based on the high technical capabilities and reliability of our organizational design office, is called "third-party Construction Supervision" that is carried out from a position independent of the designer and the construction contractor. By combining with standard CM, we perform appropriate quality control.
