[We need support for tenant construction and facility management]

Primarily targeting offices and commercial facilities, in addition to standard CM, we also provide support for tenant construction and facility management (response from the design and construction stages with the aim of smooth management and operation after the facility begins operation).

In our tenant construction support, we build organizational structures related to tenant construction, organize the division of roles for the parties involved, coordinate with the overall schedule, advise on various classifications (construction, management, assets), and provide technical support by confirming credit standards, design guidelines, and construction guidelines. Depending on the needs of our clients, we also handle interior Construction Supervision, architectural design and construction supervision, and Interior Design for tenant construction.
Facility management support involves assisting with a range of tasks from the perspective of facility management and operation, such as reviewing design details, advising on decision-making, formulating management and operation plans, examining life cycle costs (operational costs, maintenance costs, etc.), and preparing for service opening. In cooperation with Mitsubishi Estate Group companies, we are also able to provide consulting services that go beyond technical support.
Both types of support are technical assistance aimed at preserving assets and improving profits at facilities, utilizing the comprehensive capabilities of an architectural firm that is part of a real estate developer group.
