Hirooka Terrace
Hirooka Terrace
Hokuriku Bank contributes to creating value in the local community. Hirooka Terrace, adjacent to its head office (designed by our company and completed in 2014), is creating an environment where new value is generated from interactions between people and supports a prosperous future for the local community and its tenant companies.
The semi-outdoor terrace that continues from the offices will be a place for interaction. The exterior is designed to open gently like a dotted line toward Keyaki Boulevard. At the same time, it blocks sunlight from entering the offices, and together with the high-performance facade, it reduces the load on the air conditioning.
By implementing energy conservation measures such as a groundwater-based heat source system and generating energy through solar power generation equipment, this building has achieved the Nearly ZEB standard as the first high-rise office building in Japan with an area of over 20,000 m2. Going forward, the building will aim to obtain LEED GOLD and WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
