MORITA HOLDINGS CORPORATION New Base Development Project
The Morita ATI (Advanced Technology Innovation) Center is the new base for the Morita Group, which manufactures and sells fire engines and disaster prevention related products. It consists of an experimental building with one of Japan's largest comprehensive testing facilities, a disaster prevention training building used to demonstrate new technologies for firefighting and rescue activities, and a laboratory building with a co-creation space.
From the basic concept stage, we discussed the future scope and possibilities of the research with the researchers. In response to social conditions such as rising costs, we demonstrated our management capabilities in selecting the ordering method and adjusting the schedule, and created a place where innovation could be maximized within the set cost.
From conception to design and post-construction, this project supported the client's desire to "create a safe and secure society."
