Trinity Tower

This complex is located in the central business district of Jakarta, Indonesia, known as the "Golden Triangle." It is a 246m-tall office tower and annexe (commercial facilities and parking lot). The office tower is tilted 45 degrees from the road to create a sense of spaciousness, resolving the conflict with neighboring buildings while enhancing the symbolism of the tower. In addition, commercial facilities are located on the lower floors of the parking lot building, creating activity between the office tower and the parking lot building, organically connecting the bustle with the city. In Southeast Asia, economical reinforced concrete construction is used, with a 45 x 45m plan and a square core to ensure uniform office space on four sides. The exterior has slits in the corners to create a slender 1:8 ratio, and vertical fins on facade give the design a sense of elevation.
