Shiki Arts Center Main Building

This newly established facility is located at the home of Japan's largest theater company, which performs over 3,000 shows a year, in order to enhance the environment for building the foundations of excellent performances. It is equipped with 10 rehearsal rooms of various sizes, 25 research rooms for private lessons, a training gym, massage rooms, etc. The rehearsal room faces south, taking in plenty of natural light and limiting the use of lighting, and the introduction of a large-scale solar power generation system has reduced CO2 emissions.
