SPP Ginza Building
SPP Ginza Building
Taking advantage of its excellent location facing Ginza Marronnier Street, this rental building will house retail stores on the first and second basement floors and offices on the upper floors. In keeping with the client's company name, the building was designed with the concepts of "Simple," "Pure" and "Permanent" to be unpretentious, timeless and enriching.
The higher floors are made of Indian granite (polished stone) and the lower floors are made of hard limestone that can be used outdoors. By creating a deeply carved facade, we aimed for an elegant, timeless design that is suitable for the Ginza streetscape.
In addition, at night, the building is lit up with LED lights, creating a tranquil streetscape with a different atmosphere from the surrounding commercial buildings.
