The Kitahama

Currently, it is the tallest super-high-rise residential building in Japan (209m) *. It aims to make effective use of the site in the center of Tokyo and create a compact, vertically-oriented complex. facade is made of oxidized silver tiles, and the top is designed to be varied, creating a new landscape design.
