JR Hakata City
JR Hakata City
The plan was for a large-scale complex with an attractive station and commercial facilities, befitting the "face" of Kyushu and the "gateway" of Asia. The plan also included the development of the surrounding area, including the multi-level use of the station plaza, the construction of a pedestrian deck and a new concourse.
