Kirin Brewery Kobe Landscape

Kirin Brewery Kobe Plant (commonly known as Kirin Beer Park Kobe), located in Kobe Research Park, a developed hilly area in the northeastern part of Kobe City, was planned based on a clear philosophy of environmental and resource conservation, which is the responsibility of a company involved in the food industry. The aim was to restore the factory site to its original natural state as much as possible, and to reconstruct the space as one with the surrounding natural environment.
To that end, we have planted a wide variety of trees, including fruit trees, conifers, broad-leaved trees, and evergreens, on the slopes around the perimeter of the site, and have created a 5,000 m2 "biotope" centered around a pond that will serve as a habitat for wildlife, where we have planted aquatic plants and the same variety of trees as on the slopes around the perimeter.
