Park House Higashi-Nakano Rive Gaushe

This is a distinctive apartment complex with stepped setbacks from the third floor to the top ninth floor.
The planned site is located along the Kanda River, which is filled with lush greenery in all four seasons. Compared to the area around Nakano Station, where high-rise development is progressing, the area has a streetscape with remaining detached houses and alleys, and there are also many educational facilities, making it a region where people of all ages live together.
In order to achieve harmony with the streetscape, the building was designed based on the concept of "Landscape Residence," treating the building itself as part of Landscape Design, to be a landmark with a soft presence while blending gently into the local scenery.
