JP Tower
This large-scale redevelopment project preserved the two-span depth of the former Tokyo Central Post Office building facing the Tokyo Station Plaza and built a tower on top of it. While preserving the historical urban landscape in front of Tokyo Station, a new urban landscape was created by contrasting it with the tower that stretches into the sky.
The lower floors house the commercial facility "KITTE," while the rooftop is a garden open to visitors.
It is a full-height, all-glass building that offers excellent views and natural lighting, while also achieving the highest level of environmental performance with a CO2 reduction of approximately 40%.
