This commercial facility is located close to Narita Airport, within an hour from Tokyo. Taking into consideration the location's characteristics, the design theme is American Art Deco, and Landscape Design is integrated with the architectural design.
The design theme for Landscape Design is "expanding, transmitting, and connecting" from Narita Airport, the front door to Japan, and the commercial facility that will be the new base for Boso, and this image is expressed in the paving pattern around the entrance and the circular benches. In addition, to allow visitors to spend their time leisurely within the facility, flower beds, benches, fountains, and other resting spaces have been provided within the streets, and a playground has also been developed as a place for families to interact.
