The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi
The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi
A luxurious condominium/rental apartment where every unit offers a panoramic view of the greenery of the Imperial Palace across Chidorigafuchi.
Each dwelling unit faces southeast toward the Imperial Palace forest, while the layout of the buildings does not overlook the adjacent Chidorigafuchi National Cemetery. Furthermore, on the side facing Uchibori-dori Street, the exterior lines were designed to harmonize with the town, aiming to create a building that is worthy of Chidorigafuchi, while respecting the land and coordinating with the surrounding area.
The common area on the first floor is a continuous series of divided spaces, and as you move from the entrance to the lounge overlooking the courtyard, the materials and finishes change from "hard" to "soft" to create a gradually relaxing flow of movement. The flow of residents and the flow of management and service personnel are completely separated, and multiple security measures have been set up to ensure privacy. The building is also equipped with a seismic isolation structure and disaster prevention facilities to help restore infrastructure in the event of a disaster, enhancing the building's functionality for safe living.
