Yaskawa Electric South Korea South Branch / South Korea Robot Center

Together with HanmiGlobal, a major Korean construction management company, we participated in a new construction project for a sales base (office and factory) for a local subsidiary of a Japanese company in Daegu, South Korea. When introducing a design-build all-in-one approach, which has little track record in South Korea, we supported the selection of a design and builder through a proposal method based on our experience and track record in Japan. In terms of cost management, quality management, and schedule management from the design stage to the construction stage, we worked with HanmiGlobal to materialize the needs of the client while also taking into account the characteristics of local construction production.
