Program Management/Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) Domestic Flights Area
We supported the client in terms of technology and manpower as multiple projects with different designers and contractors proceeded consecutively or simultaneously. We played a role in efficiently, effectively and comprehensively managing (program management) quality, cost, schedule and the associated risks. We proposed the optimal ordering method for each project, and were able to reduce costs and shorten construction times while securing designs and construction techniques that met the required standards.
