Environmental impact assessment Dai Nagoya Building

When rebuilding Dai Nagoya Building a beloved landmark in front of Nagoya Station, we carried out an environmental impact assessment related to safety, including air, noise and vibration, scenery, wind damage, ground, waste, greenhouse gases, sunshine obstruction, radio interference, and green space, during construction and when the new building exists and is in service. As construction plans for multiple high-rise buildings were underway at the same time in front of Nagoya Station, we made predictions and assessments taking into account not just individual environmental impacts, but also composite ones.
