Tokyu Yotsuya Building
A rental office building located near the intersection of Yotsuya Station in Tokyo. Since the Edo period, it has been the gateway from the outer moat to Edo Castle, and even today, it is a hub of constant traffic of people and cars heading to the center of Tokyo. To symbolize this, the building was designed with a motif of a latticework that crosses vertically and horizontally. The entrance is made of traditional Japanese materials with a warm feel, such as stone paving, plaster walls, and light-covered shoji screens.
