Miyako City Hall
Miyako City Hall
The old city hall was built 45 years ago and had problems with earthquake resistance, and was flooded during the Great East Japan Earthquake (2011), so the plan was to relocate and rebuild the building to a new one that would function as a disaster prevention base in the future. After joining the project, our company first considered the project method and promoted the use of the design-build method. With the goals of ensuring the quality of the design and construction, completing the project within the budget, and managing the schedule to complete construction on schedule (the end of July 2018), we thoroughly understood Miyako City's position, shared our enthusiasm, and aimed to complete the project.
