This is a multi-tenant logistics facility development in the "Logicross" series of logistics facilities by Mitsubishi Estate. By installing a single rampway and making each floor a central driveway, warehouse space is efficiently secured and functionality is ensured to meet the various needs of tenants (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design through to the selection of the design and construction company, the design stage, and the construction stage.
