Logicross Hasuda

This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By using a 1-2 berth structure with truck berths located in the central driveways on the first and second floors, we were able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets the needs of various tenants (partitions, power sources, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design through to the selection of the design and construction company, the design stage, and the construction stage.
