Ginza Marronnier Terrace
Commercial building reconstruction project.
Miyata Tanaka Architectural Institute was specially ordered by the client to oversee facade design. In order to clearly express the facade theme of "show window," a contrasting design was created in which a light glass box penetrates a solid stone volume. A ceramic panel painting by Hiroshi Senju, who is a close friend of the client, was installed at the first floor entrance. Based on our track record in Ginza, we carried out a full menu of CM services from concept design stage to the completion of construction.
