CO・MO・RE YOTSUYA

CO・MO・RE YOTSUYA

This is a large-scale redevelopment project that will include the first skyscraper in front of Yotsuya Station. One of the challenges for this project was how to harmonize with the existing urban area. In response to the need to create a green space that would connect with the functions and people of the town, taking advantage of the diversity brought about by Yotsuya's history and regional characteristics, we carefully picked up the various characteristics of the planned site and created Landscape Design plan that would create spaces with different characteristics depending on the location (our company was in charge of Landscape Design and electrical and mechanical equipment).
