This is a reconstruction of the bank's head office, which has been a beloved symbol of the local area since before the war. Based on its history as a bank that was established to develop the local textile industry, the aim was to create two things: a public building that will continue to be loved by the local community, and a workspace that will generate lively interaction among bank employees, based on the concept of "weaving." Public spaces such as a cafe, library, and gallery that can be used freely by local people will be located in a continuous area with the bank's business lobby. Locally produced materials such as Echizen roof tiles, washi paper, and black cedar will be scattered throughout the building, and it will also serve as a hub for promoting the charms of the area. Our Construction Management department was also involved, designing the workplace based on workshops with bank employees, and supporting working styles in the new building.
