Prime Terrace Kamiyacho
A mid-sized office building for rent in the city center, targeting foreign-affiliated companies and others. A core and multiple types of terraces are installed on the road side in front. We proposed a space that can be used for various purposes such as relaxation and socializing. The offices are located on the rear side, where the public open spaces and green spaces of the neighboring buildings are gathered, ensuring views from the large openings. Windows on some floors can be fully opened, and the plan allows for various floor uses in conjunction with the external terraces, while also achieving the safety (comfort) of introducing fresh air, which is now required.
