Mizuho Marunouchi Tower, Japanese Bankers Association, Marunouchi Terrace

The three businesses jointly rebuilt the three old buildings due to changes in needs as the area matured and the deterioration of the buildings. Although Mizuho Marunouchi Tower and the Bank Hall are one building, they have a two-tiered height, and changes to facade have created independence for both, along with Marunouchi Terrace (a separate building). The basement has been unified to consolidate facilities, improving business volume and disaster prevention performance, and introducing a district heating and cooling facility (DHC). Part of the exterior was jointly developed with the adjacent building. A through route to the surrounding streets will contribute to revitalizing the town's pedestrian network.
