Kaohsiung Fubon Ao ZihDi commercial development p r ojec t

A large-scale mixed-use development underway in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This is a fixed-term leasehold project in which Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd., one of Taiwan's largest financial groups, is planning to invest. The planned site is located in the Aozihdi area, a new commercial zone in the north of Kaohsiung. It will consist of two high-rise towers of offices and hotels, and a low-rise building with commercial facilities, entertainment facilities, an aquarium, etc., and will be a new lively hub for the area, directly connected to the Aozihdi subway station and the light rail station. The design concept is "URBANOASIS," which combines Kaohsiung's abundant water and greenery with people's urban activities. The sky lobby "SKYOASIS" will be an exchange space connecting each facility, and green terraces will be set up on the lower floors to connect the abundant greenery at ground level to the top of the low-rise rooms.
