Summary and evaluation points: Realizing domestic standard "Zepp specifications" overseas

国内各都市でライブホール「Zepp」を運営する株式会社ZeppホールネットワークのASEAN地域初となる「Zeppホール」建設に際し、当社は国内水準の仕様を実現すべく、これまでの同社への技術支援等を活かして基本計画～開業まで、包括的にプロジェクトを推進しました。
本選奨では、広範なPM／CMを国外で実施することで、現地の設計者・施工者らを牽引し、日本の音楽産業の海外市場開拓や、各地での文化交流といった発注者の取り組みに、建設業界の立場から寄与した点が高い評価を頂いたものと考えています。

Initially, this project started without the client having a local base, so it was necessary to thoroughly understand the local business practices and construction circumstances, and then find the optimal solution to move the project forward. Our company was specially selected as the CMr, and we selected staff with extensive overseas experience as the CMr, and individuals with experience in the construction of Zepp halls in Japan as technical members (technical supporters), and we took on this task.

In order to provide a high-quality live experience, we support not only the hardware, but also operational management and ordering contracts.

The "Zepp specifications" that the client aimed for were not limited to the "quality of the hall" but also included "specifications that allow for the same event management as in Japan" and "construction based on the same organizational structure as in Japan." In order to realize this as CMr, we defined and promoted three scopes: 1) quality, 2) order contract, and 3) project implementation.

Realization of the "Zepp specification" and its evaluation

In this way, we were able to realize a comprehensive "Zepp specification" including operation and management. The client highly praised us for: 1) not just acting as a facilitator, but also for our ability to drive the project forward based on our high technical capabilities, 2) supporting the selection and contracting of local designers and contractors without a local base, 3) smoothly transitioning to a COVID-19 system, and 4) progressing the project while building trust with all parties involved by acting as the "Zepp's point of contact."
