Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Following the lifting of the "State of Emergency"

Mitsubishi Jisho Design Inc. will implement the following measures from June 1st following the complete lifting of the state of emergency declared by the Japanese government on May 25th.

Notes

1. Basic Policy
In the current social situation where the COVID-19 pandemic has not yet been eradicated, we will continue to prioritize safety and work with the following basic guidelines:
(1) Change in awareness: The company and employees must be fully aware that they are moving to a new social environment.
(2) Company Policy: We will take every possible measure to ensure the safety of all parties involved and employees.
(3) Employee behavior guidelines: Employees will recognize that their actions will affect the future spread of infection and will act responsibly.
(4) Promoting business: We will strive to communicate optimally with our customers and provide services of a reliable quality.
(5) Promoting a vibrant workplace: We will strive to create a vibrant workplace by communicating more closely with employees and stakeholders than ever before.

2. Working system and customer service
(1) Working System
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will continue to have a work-from-home system in place for the time being. In addition, we will assume that meetings will be held online or over the telephone, and if a face-to-face meeting is unavoidable, we will implement infection prevention measures such as wearing masks and maintaining distance between attendees, and hold meetings with a minimum number of staff and for a minimum period of time.

(2) General Reception Operation
The head office is open from 10:00 to 16:00, and other domestic locations are open from 9:15 to 17:45.

(3) Regarding external telephone calls
Our head office is available by phone from 10:00 to 16:00, and other domestic locations are available from 9:15 to 17:45. Please note that outside of these hours, calls will be answered by an answer phone.

We will continue to thoroughly manage the health of our employees and respond flexibly and promptly based on the guidelines of the Japanese government and local governments. For more information, please contact each branch by phone.
