Response to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Changes to external telephone response times

In response to the current situation regarding the containment of COVID-19 infections,
Regarding external telephone inquiries, we will be changing our customer service as follows:

Regarding external telephone calls
Starting Thursday, November 18th, telephone support will be available at our head office and other domestic locations from 9:15am to 5:45pm.
Please note that outside of these hours, calls will be answered by answer phone.
