Construction begins on Jakarta construction project involving Mitsubishi Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia

Construction has begun on the "Okura Residence Jakarta/Hotel Okura Jakarta Project (Tentative name)," which is being developed by PT Bima Sarana Perkasa (investors: Mitsubishi Estate and others) in the center of Jakarta Special Capital Region, Indonesia.
▼This project is Mitsubishi Estate 's first development of condominium serviced apartments and hotel in Singapore, and the first Hotel Okura brand to open in Singapore.
▼ We are in charge of concept design and facade design together with Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia (based in Singapore). The 46-story super high-rise tower, with a jewelry ring motif, is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
