Mitsubishi Electric's "ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building SUSTIE," designed by our company, has received WELL certification Platinum (the highest rank).

We are pleased to announce that Mitsubishi Electric's "SUSTIE® ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building" (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, completed in 2020), for which we were responsible for designing, has been awarded Platinum (the highest rank) by the WELL Building Standard®, an international certification that evaluates the built environment.

In designing this facility, we not only pursued thorough energy conservation, but also added the perspective of human health, aiming to achieve a better living environment. To date, it has received the highest BELS rating of 5 stars (☆☆☆☆☆) and ZEB certification. It has also received the highest rating of S rank for CASBEE Wellness Office.
With this latest certification, the company has achieved the highest rank in all certifications: BELS, CASBEE Wellness Office, and WELL.

We advocate "Kankyokenchiku" (architecture that contributes to the promotion of health management and realizes a healthy environment) and proposes high-added-value buildings that combine consideration for the global environment with comfort, health promotion, and improved productivity. This is the first time that we have received "WELL" Platinum certification.
