We are pleased to announce that the "NF System and Fire Suppression System NN100-2M" installed at Tokiwabashi Tower has won the "Fire Department Commissioner's Award for Excellent Firefighting Equipment, etc. for 2022."

What is the NF system?
This water spray fire extinguishing system uses only water as a fire extinguishing agent without using any foam extinguishing agent, and is installed on the slopes and flat parking areas of the self-propelled parking lots from the 1st floor to the 4th basement floor.

What is the NN100-2M fire extinguishing system?
An inert gas fire extinguishing system that extends the discharge time of the nitrogen gas fire extinguishing system from 1 minute to 2 minutes as a fire extinguishing system for the mechanical parking lot on the 3rd basement floor to 5th basement floor, the electrical room on the ground floor, etc.
