ZEB-related technology demonstration building "SUSTIE" won the Encouragement Award at the 49th Tokyo Architecture Awards
Our design, Mitsubishi Electric ZEB-related technology demonstration building "SUSTIE", won the Encouragement Award in the General Category II (architectural works for general use other than housing/total floor area of 3,000 m2 or more) at the 49th Tokyo Architecture Awards (sponsored by the Tokyo Association of Architects and Building Engineers). This building combines environmental friendliness with wellness, and has obtained the BELS certification "ZEB", which is a certification for reducing environmental impact, as well as the WELL Building Standard® Platinum rank and CASBEE-WO (Wellness Office) S rank, which are wellness certifications.
