Received the Technology Award in the Building Equipment category from the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of
"ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building 'SUSTIE'"

We are pleased to announce that the "Environmental and Equipment Plan for the SUSTIE ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building," which we planned, designed, Construction Supervision, and verified, has won the Technology Award in the Building Equipment category at the 62nd Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan Awards.
"SUSTIE," which worked on air conditioning equipment planning using passive and general-purpose technologies, the development and introduction of new technologies such as using indoor units to obtain location information of building occupants, and automatic search technology for optimal operation using AI, has obtained "ZEB" and WELL Platinum certification, and has been highly praised as an example of achieving both energy savings and comfort and health promotion in a medium-sized office building.
