This large-scale mixed-use redevelopment project will be the largest in the Tokyo Station area, covering a site area of 3.1 hectares. The plan is to develop buildings in stages over a project period of more than 10 years, while maintaining the functions of important infrastructure in central Tokyo, such as the sewage pumping station and substation within the block.
Once developed, the project aims to become a new symbol of Tokyo that is suited to the new normal in post-COVID era, with the construction of a 390m-tall super-high-rise tower and a 7,000m2 plaza.
