  Isamu Sugeno received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at The University of Tokyo, Japan.
  
  Since graduating, he joined Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd Design Department and took part in numerous notable projects including high rise residential, commercial, mixed use buildings, and offices. During this time, he undertook many roles abroad and contributed much to the Overseas Design Department at Mitsubishi Jisho Design HQ in Tokyo, Japan. Recognised for his adept business skills and success in building trustworthy client relations, he moved to Singapore in 2015 to help establish the Southeast Asian Regional Branch. With his formal architectural training, honest client liaison and optimistic vision for architecture, he steadily leads the company from one project to the next.
  
  His achievements are evidenced by the numerous awards he has received, some of which include the SDA Award, AACA Award and awards from the British Council.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys trekking forests with his beloved dog, play the ukulele and read. He also likes to travel enjoying local cultures of Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

  Koichi MASE

  Director / Head of Singapore Office

  Koichi Mase received his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering at Kobe University, Japan.
  
  Since graduating, he joined a General Contractor firm in Japan, where he gained valuable experience over a period of ten years, dedicating six years to working in Southeast Asia. After transitioning to Mitsubishi Jisho Design (MJD) in 2006, he effectively applied his extensive engineering skills and knowledge to diverse clients, various building typologies, and projects of different scales as the Construction Administrator, Supervisor, as well as Project Manager, with the scope being under the exclusive and legal responsibility of a Registered Architect in Japan.
  
  His accomplishments have garnered widespread recognition, including various architectural awards and features in numerous publications.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis as well as having fun with his beloved dog. He also enjoys casual gatherings with his friends while trying out local cuisines and specialties in Southeast Asia.

  Joann ONG

  Administrative and Accounting Executive

  Joann received her Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) in Malaysia.
  
  Before joining Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia, she has worked in the Accounting and Admin department of various industries and companies in Singapore, gaining invaluable experiences along the way. She greatly values her working relationship with her colleagues, reflected in her supportive attitude and time commitment towards them.
  
  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her child, and watching videos / dramas.

  Shinn KHANT

  Architectural Designer

  Shinn received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in Australia at the University of Melbourne.

  Before joining the MJDA team, he had assisted as intern in several mixed-used projects across Southeast Asia, as well as residential dwelling projects in Singapore. His undergraduate design studio works have been featured during bi-annual exhibitions at his alma-mater, Melbourne School of Design during his studies there.

  Outside of work, he dabbles in a little bit of everything from cooking for his friends and family to photography and outdoor sports.

  Syazwan MENZIES

  Architectural Designer

  Syazwan received his Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore at the National University of Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, he has been involved in various transport, infrastructural and mixed-used development projects in Singapore.
  
  His achievements included a prize nomination for the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA) and honourable mentions for architectural and A.I. design competitions. He has been awarded the BCA-Industry iBuildSG Undergraduate Scholarship 2018 and the BCA-Industry Built Environment Diploma 2013.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys reading medieval fantasy novels, worldbuilding using A.I. art and sports such as muay thai and football.

  Abigail LEONG

  Architectural Designer

  Abigail received her Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore at the National University of Singapore.
  
  Before joining Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia after graduating, she had assisted in several mixed-used projects across Southeast Asia, as well as gained experiences in visual merchandising and retail design.
  
  In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and trying out new sports.

  Dian CIMULTIA

  Business Development Manager

  Dian received her Bachelor's degree in City and Urban Planning from Trisakti University of Indonesia.
  
  Before joining MJDA, she had worked in the real estate industry as a developer for both residential buidling typologies as well as townships in Jakarta including its suburbs for twelve years. 
  
  During that period, she actively engaged in the project team, overseeing the successful completion of many projects, including landed houses, high-rise residential apartments, service apartments, and office towers, all meeting the requirements set forth by the team
  
  During her free time, she enjoys sprucing up her home to create a better living space for her loved ones, while spending quality time with her family in that time. Once in a while, she also likes to travel to peaceful rural environments.

  Jaslyn LI

  Architectural Executive

  Jaslyn received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture from the National University of Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, she has been working in Shanghai for three years, participating in various transit-oriented development projects, commercial projects, and mixed-use developments across China.
  
  She has received several architectural competition awards during her time working in China.
  
  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and practicing yoga.

  Risa KOBAYASHI

  Administrative Manager

  Risa Kobayashi received her Master's and Bachelor's Degree in science from Kobe University, Japan.
  
  After graduating, she started to work for a Japanese company as a Researcher in a Research and Development (R&D) Centre. After relocating to Singapore, she has worked for multiple Japanese companies as a Human Resources (HR) & Administration officer.
  
  Her achievements have been recognised in her research and patents that have been published in Photovoltaic Cell, Fuel Cell and Color Filter Development Area. As a HR officer, she has been providing general support for staffs in Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore.
  
  Most of her free time is spent playing the piano, spending time with her family, and watching Chinese dramas.

  De Yuan KANG

  Architectural Executive

  Kang De Yuan received his Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, he has been a part of Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia. Experience was accumulated through involvement in a wide range of projects, including retail complexes, office buildings, condominiums, hotels, service apartments and numerous others. Being proficient in various languages (English, Chinese, Japanese), he was able to engage in projects of different nature, situated in different parts of the world.
  
  He has received several awards during his academic years and has had works published in the Japanese Architecture magazine, Shinkenchiku.
  
  He seeks joy in entertaining friends and family and will often spend his spare time cooking for the mass.

  Valerie ONG

  Valerie received her Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore at the National University of Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, she has been involved in various high-rise residential projects as well as mixed developments and institutional projects in Singapore.
  
  She has been awarded the BCA-Industry Built Environment Undergraduate Scholarship 2014, and has been active in local architecture events including Archifest.
  
  In her spare time, she enjoys tending to her plants.

  Alice FONG

  Senior Architectural Executive

  Alice recieved her Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore at the National University of Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience in mixed-use developments, retail planning and design, office and factory design, additions & alterations, and urban design while working in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. She brings a wealth of knowledge across most stages of projects from inception to completion.
  
  The projects which she had worked on have received awards like the MIPIM Asia Awards, ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Centre Awards, and the URA Architectural Heritage Award.
  
  In her spare time (in between playing with and taking care of her energetic young daughter), she enjoys making leather crafts.

  Vibha KRISHNA KUMAR

  Vibha received her M.Arch in Urban Design from VTU, India.
  
  After her schooling years, she worked with KGD (Katerra Design) initiating a portfolio of educational campuses, residential mid-rise and township projects in India. A handful of freelance detached dwelling design projects later, she joined MJDA in 2017, where she has been engaged in all design stages for high-rise mixed use residential & hospitality projects mainly in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  
  Emerson Cup SEA in 2010 & US Greenbuild International Female Superstar Scholarship in 2015 are some of the commendations in the field of sustainability that have come her way.
  
  When not working, she enjoys entertaining & making portraits/caricatures.

  Andro Artanto LUKMAN

  Andro Lukman received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in Surabaya, Indonesia.
  
  He has been working in Singapore for over 10 years, focusing on conceptual design, visualization, design development, and project coordination. His experiences are mainly on residential and mixed-use projects, particularly Indonesia, India, and Singapore projects.
  
  His achievements have been recognised in his previous built projects in Indonesia & India include St Moritz, The Windsor, & Kalpataru Immensa.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading books, and playing video games.

  Kentaro MABE

  Kentaro Mabe is a Japanese architect who earned his bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture in Tokyo Metropolitan University. In 2012, he went to Tampere University of Technology in Finland to participate in a program for visiting students for a year.
  
  As a professional architect, he has various experiences that focus on office buildings, commercial buildings, interior designs and many more in Japan. With his broad knowledge of design process, he can creatively work from the conceptual phase up to the project's completion. His familiarity to both detailed and huge scale planning is his strength in dealing to different architectural developments.
  
  His works have received recognition from Japan Institute of Architects (JIA) as part of the "100 Best Buildings in Japan" and have received an AACA award . Furthermore, he has been featured in many prestigious architectural publications.
  
  In his spare time, he loves to immerse himself in outdoor activities such as camping, driving and spending time in nature.

  Luke LIM

  Luke received his Master's Degree in Architecture in Singapore at the National University of Singapore.
  
  Since graduating, he has worked on Architectural and Interior projects of varying scales, from Mixeduse Developments, Offices, Retail Complexes, Hotels, Integrated Resorts, a Medical Training and Healthcare Facility, to smaller scale projects like Landed Houses.
  
  His achievements have been widely recognised, with his elderly‐friendly designs being part of an exhibition at URA's (Urban Redvelopment Authority) AUDE Space and featured in numerous publications. He was also an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytecnic's School of Design from 2016 to 2022.
  
  In his spare time, he has to run after his reckless young daughter and enjoys traveling in search of wonderful Japanese food.

  Masaki IWAMOTO

  Senior Executive Manager

  Masaki Iwamoto received his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Architecture at The University of Tokyo, Japan
  
  Masaki Iwamoto joined Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia in 2021 and has worked extensively for the clients in Southeast Asia. With his experience as a director at design consultancy in Japan and Thailand, Masaki's recent client work has focused on the high rise residential, commercial, mixed use buildings, hotels and offices.
  
  He has international and professional practice for over 20 years and also conducting research and writing on architectural design and business in Southeast Asia.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing in the kitchen and playing sports with his family.

  Masahiro TAMAKI

  Registered Architect (Japan) / APEC Architect
  Senior Project Manager

  Masahiro Tamaki received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, and Master's Degree in Architecture at The University of Washington in Seattle, USA.
  
  Before joining Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia, he joined Shimizu Corporation, designing overseas projects such as retail complexes, office buildings, condominiums, hotels, airport terminals, embassies, and numerous others. Some of his notable works include the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, Changi Airport Terminal 3, as well as the HDB Hub in Singapore. After moving to Mitsubishi Corporation in 2017, he was able to adapt and apply his broad architectural skills and knowledge to overseas real estate projects in the role of a developer. His acheivements have been widely recognised, having received many architectural awards such as being in the Selected Works in Japan by the Japan Institute of Architects, as well as featured in numerous publications.
  
  In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf. He also loves travelling to hot spring locations.
