YeaBookr 2024ecVew ojiPrt TAMACHI TOWER is built on the site of the Satsuma Hantei residence, close to the start to the old Tokaido road. The building exterior features the first semi-outdoor space in Japan, the Winter Garden, which offers a glimpse of a system in which communication among workers emerges. In addition to striving to create an attractive workplace and improve the well-being of workers, consideration was also given to sustainability, with exterior fins, optimized through environmental simulation, for sun shading and natural ventilation. We pursued "next-generation office standards" from multiple perspectives, including BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures with patented Sliding Core Wall Seismic Control System (page 25). We will utilize this comprehensive design system to improve the functionality of the entire block, such as developing a three-dimensional outdoor plaza and strengthening community contribution functions, to contribute to the development of the local area.Project DataSeptember 2023Minato City, Tokyo, JapanOffice, Retail, Nursery, Sports gym, Clinic8,617m²Completion Location Building Use Site Area Total Floor Area 112,372m²Floors Structure 29 above ground, 2 basement, 1 rooftopS, RC, Partly SRC007旧東海道の玄関口に近い、薩摩藩邸の跡地に建つ「田町タワー」。国内初の半屋外空間「ウインターガーデン」を外観上の特徴とし、働く人のコミュニケーションを創誘発する仕組みが垣間見られます。こうした魅力的なワークプレイスの創出や働く人びとのウェル・ビーイング向上とともに、環境シミュレーションで最適化した外装フィンによる日射遮蔽や自然換気などで持続可能性にも配慮。特許を取得した芯棒型制振システム（25頁）によるBCP対策も含めて、多側面から「次代のオフィス・スタンダード」を追求しました。立体的な屋外広場の整備、地域貢献機能の強化など、総合設計制度を活用して街区全体の機能を高め、地域のまちづくりに貢献します。
