YeaBookr 2024Top icsMitsubishi Jisho Design's BIM Frontline4Dで3世代の丸ビルをメタバース体験4D Marunouchi当社は、創業以来130年を超える歴史の中で蓄積してきた膨大な建築物の図面や写真資料を分析し、最新のツールで現代に蘇らせる「メタ・アーカイブス研究会」を立ち上げました。その活動の一環として、関東大震災以前とその復興期を経て超高層ビルへと建て替えられ現在に至る、3世代にわたる「丸ビル」と丸の内エリアを体験できるメタバース（仮想空間）「4D MARUNOUCHI」を、誰でもアクセスできるプラットフォームとして、オンラインゲームFortnite（フォートナイト）上に公開中。都市や建築の面白さを世界中に発信しています。今後は、さらなる構築エリアの拡張や機能の追加を予定しています。We have set up the "Meta Archives Research Group" to analyze the vast amount of architectural drawings and photographic materials that have been accumulated over our 130-year history since our founding, and to revive them in the present day using the latest tools. As part of this activity, we have released "4D Marunouchi," a metaverse (virtual space) experience via the online game Fortnite, which is a free-to-play platform that anyone can access. Experience three generations of the "Marunouchi Building" and Marunouchi area, from before the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923) and through the reconstruction period to the present day when it was rebuilt as a skyscraper (2002). We are spreading the fun of urban development and architecture to the world. In the future, we plan to expand the area covered and add more features.4D Marunouchi033上：昇降機情報の可視化下：店舗情報の可視化BIMを用いた都市の「見える化」国土交通省の令和４年度建築BIM加速化事業における「建築BIMの既存中高層建築物群への適用方法等調査」の取り組みに三菱地所と協同で参画し、大丸有地区の既存建物群のBIMモデルの構築手法および面的活用方法を検討しました。建築の構想、設計、施工、維持管理の全ての工程で情報活用を行うことができるBIMを既存建物群として構築することで、エリア全体での情報共有やデータ活用の高度化が期待されます。構築したBIMモデルの3D情報と、各種データベース情報とを重ね合わせてWebブラウザ上で「見える化」。サービス提供や申請業務等における官民連携の高度化・効率化の可能性を示したプロジェクトです。We participated in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's FY2022 Acceleration Project for Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Architecture, in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate, to investigate how to build and use BIM models of existing buildings in the Otemachi-Marunouchi-Yurakucho districts. By building BIM of existing buildings, which can be used in all stages of architectural planning, design, construction, and maintenance, we hope to improve information sharing and data utilization throughout the district. The 3D information of the constructed BIM models is overlaid on various database information and viewable in a web browser. This project shows the potential for improving and streamlining public-private collaboration in service provision and application procedures.三菱地所設計のBIM最前線
