YeaBookr 2024OngongPr i ojects(Tentative name) Tenjin 1-7 ProjectA development plan for a complex building of offices, hotels, and commercial facilities, is underway on the site of "IMS," a former landmark of Tenjin and "information exchange base" in the center of Fukuoka City. Aiming to create a town that will foster a new "circulation of exchange" of rich culture and lifestyles, the development concept is "Fukuoka Cultural Ecosystem - Continuing to create new Fukuoka culture together." Seeking to become a new landmark in the area, the exterior is organically arranged with CLT panels made from timbers and plants grown in Kyushu. The lower floors, with their V-shaped columns and atrium space, will provide a lush green plaza where people can relax. The entire development, including an underground plaza connected to the underground mall, will improve the convenience and mobility for pedestrians in the area. Completion is scheduled for December 2026.029福岡市中心部の「情報受発信基地」で天神の象徴であった「イムズ」跡地で開発が進む、オフィス・ホテル・商業施設からなる複合ビルの開発計画。新たな「交流の循環」が生まれ、豊かな文化・ライフスタイルを実現するまちを目指し、開発コンセプトとして「福岡文化生態系～福岡のあたらしい文化を共に創造し続ける～」を掲げています。エリアの新たなランドマークとなるデザインを目指し、外装には九州産材のCLTパネルと植栽を有機的に配置。V字柱と吹き抜け空間を設けた低層部には、人びとの憩いの空間になる緑豊かな広場も整備します。地下街とつながる地下広場など、開発全体で本地区の歩行者の利便性と回遊性向上を図ります。2026年12月竣工予定。福岡・天神の新たなランドマークとなる「イムズ」跡地の再開発プロジェクト（仮称）天神1-7計画
